9. Account Suspension and Closure

bte77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms or any other policy.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to verify age or identity.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (12 months or more).
• Self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.
• Court order or legal obligation.
